Opened in 2017 by chef Cara Chigazola Tobin (formerly the chef de cuisine at Oleana in Cambridge, MA) and co-owner Allison Gibson, Honey Road quickly became one of Burlington's most acclaimed restaurants. This Eastern Mediterranean mezze restaurant has earned multiple James Beard Award nominations for Chigazola Tobin.
