Heirloom Market BBQ is the creation of husband-and-wife chef team Cody Taylor and Jiyeon Lee, who opened this tiny barbecue joint in 2010. The restaurant uniquely blends Southern American barbecue traditions with Korean flavors, reflecting Lee's Korean heritage and Taylor's Southern roots. Despite its small size (there's barely room for 8 people to stand inside) and limited parking, barbecue enthusiasts regularly make pilgrimages to this strip mall location.
